摘要
不同设备的集成化及优化整合是智能变电站长远发展的方向。在分析智能变电站测控装置与同步相量测量功能构成及共性技术的基础上,提出一种测控与同步相量测量功能融合的技术方案,并研制样机。详细介绍装置软硬件架构,分析装置开发的关键技术和难点;深入讨论带外干扰下提高装置测量精度的方法,并对融合算法进行优化。最后,实验测试表明装置测量精度满足测控与PMU相关规范的指标要求。
Integration of different equipment and optimization is the long-term direction of smart substation.Firstly,based on deeply analysis on functions and generic technology between measurement &control device and phasor measurement unit(PMU)in smart substation,a new method for integrating measurement &control device and PMU was proposed in this paper,and the prototype was developed.The software and hardware architecture of prototype was introduced indetail,and the key technologies and difficulties was analyzed.And then,the realization method of improving the measurement accuracy under the out of band interference condition was discussed,and the fusing algorithm was optimized.Finally,experimental testing results show that the unit measurement accuracy can satisfy the requirements of measurement &control device and PMU.
