摘要
长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs)为一类长度大于200nt的非编码RNA分子,其可从表观遗传学、转录水平以及转录后水平等3个层面调控基因表达,在许多疾病的发生发展中起重要作用。近年研究发现,lncRNAs在许多肿瘤组织中表达异常,并且其差异性表达与肿瘤的发生、转移和预后相关,提示lncRNAs的表达水平具有潜在的肿瘤诊断、治疗监测和预后评估作用。本文总结了近年来在肿瘤组织中过表达的lncRNAs及其与肿瘤发生、发展的相关性,为正确评价lncRNAs在肿瘤诊断、治疗和预后监测方面的临床应用价值提供科学的理论依据。
Long noncoding RNAs( lncRNAs) is a kind of noncoding RNA molecules with the length more than 200 nt,lncRNAs regulate gene expression through three levels( the epigenetics,transcription and the transcription level),and play an important role in the occurrence and developing of many diseases. Recent studies showed that lncRNAs were aberrantly expressed in many tumor tissues,and their differential expression level were related to tumor metastasis and prognosis. These findings indicated that lncRNAs should be promissing tumor biomarkers for tumor diagnosis,treatment monitoring and prognosis evaluating. In this review,we summarized the studies on the correlation of lncRNAs over expression and tumor development,which will provide the scientific theoretical basis for evaluating the clinical application value of lncRNA as tumor biomarker in cancer diagnosis,treatment and prognosis monitoring.
