摘要
本文报道2015年9月对1例47岁右膝关节肿痛进行关节镜探查术。术中见关节内黏稠积液，多发软骨样团块，髌上囊及内外侧隐窝滑膜充血水肿明显，绒毛状突起，予以滑膜清理，软骨样游离团块取出。术后6个月随访，右膝关节活动度0°～150°，无再发生膝关节肿胀、疼痛，IKDC膝关节功能评分89．4分。我们认为关节镜清理术治疗滑膜软骨瘤病疗效满意。
[Summary] In this case report , a 47-year-old patient who complained of swelling pain in the right knee underwent arthroscopic exploration in September 2015.During the surgery, it could be seen that viscous fluid within the joint , multiple cartilage-like clumps, and synovial hyperemia and edema in the inner and outer lateral recess of the patellar bursa with villous projections .We treated with synovium debridement and removal of the cartilage-like free mass.After 6 months of follow-up, the range of motion of the right knee was 0°-150°, free from knee swelling and pain .The IKDC knee function score was 89.4 points.We believe that the arthroscopic exploration is effective for synovial chondromatosis .
