煤矸石大粒径粗骨料比例对充填膏体性能影响的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究充填体中煤矸石大粒径粗骨料所占比例对充填体性能的影响, 利用破碎煤矸石、粉煤灰和水泥制成充填膏体, 其粗骨料中大粒径粗骨料占质量比例为0, 5%, 10%, 15%,20%.分别测试了其坍落度, 初、终凝时间以及养护1d, 3d, 7d, 28d 后的单轴抗压强度.试验结果表明 大粒径粗骨料比例对充填膏体的流动性能具有较大影响, 在质量浓度一定的情况下, 随着大粒径粗骨料比例的增加, 充填膏体流动性能变差, 采用试验条件的骨料配比时, 充填膏体坍落度由226mm 减小到176mm, 而充填膏体初、终凝时间基本不变; 充填膏体试件早期强度受其影响不大,而后期强度随着大粒径的比例增加而呈准线性增加的趋势, 最大达到4. 018MPa.综合分析可知15-25mm 粗骨料粒径颗粒比例为15%时, 充填膏体性能最好. In order to study the influence of coal gangue large particle size coarse aggregate ratio to filling body property, filling pastewas made from broken coal gangue, flyash and cement, the quality ratio of the large particle size corase aggregate were 0, 5%,10%, 15% and 20%, respectively. And slump, initial setting time, final setting time, uniaxial compressive strength after curing1d, 3d, 7d, 28d were test, respectively. The experimental results showed that the ratio of large particle size had large influence tofilling paste flowing property, when quality density unchanged, the flowing property would be became worse with the large particle sizecoarse aggregate ratio increase. The slump of filling paste decreased from 226mm to 176mm under experimental ratio, but initial and finalsetting time unchanged basic, the early strength of filling paste test specimen changed almost small, but long-term strength increasedas quasi-linear trend with the large particle size ratio increased, and reached 4. 018MPa at the end. The filling paste propertywas the best as the ratio of 15-25mm coarse aggregate was 15%.
