河南省农村高中学生艾滋病的健康教育

Health Education for AIDS among Rural Senior Middle School Students in Henan

目的 探索对农村高中和中等专业学校学生进行艾滋病性病健康教育的方式。方法 在河南省2个平原县13所高中及中专,给学生分发宣传单、小册子,在学校张贴宣传画,在寒假期间收看电视台播放(每周3～4次)预防艾滋病知识的短片,对各学校派专人进行艾滋病防治知识宣讲。结果在普遍的社会集中宣传后,对974名学生进行问卷回答。其中<60分、60～80分、>80分者分别占0.41％、25.56％和74.03％。而通过强化专项讲解后,相同学生相应分数的得分率分别占0.11％、0.63％和99.26％(P<0.0000),提高十分显著。另外对1 665名学生用稍复杂的问题问卷,结果男女生均无不及格者,>90分者分别占96.36％和97.69％。结论 仅仅通过假期集中的社会性艾滋病知识教育,尤其是声像宣传,已足以使大多数高中学生获得较好的防治知识;如再加上强化宣传,则认识程度更有长足的提高。

Objective To keep informed on AIDS knowledge among senior middle school students in the rural area after health e-ducation and to study educational approaches to AIDS. Methods Students in 13 senior middle schools and technical secondary schools were sampled and studied in two plain counties. Social propagation was conducted through distributing materials, street advocacy, prevention knowledge on AIDS edited by ourselves on TV programs( three or four times a week)during summer and winter vacations, and special staff were sent to explain and publicize AIDS in these schools. Results After intensive propagation in the society, questionnaires were distributed to 974 students. Scores under 60, between 60 and 80 and above 80 in these students were 0.41% ,25.6% and 74.02% respectively.Using the same questionnaire, the score under 60, between 60 and 80 and above 80 in these students were 0.11%,0.63% and 99.36% respectively after intensified propagation (P <0.0000) .The scores were raised notably.More complicated questionnaires were distributed to another 1665 students. Both boy and girl students got passing scores.Scores above 90 were 96.30% and 97.68% respectively . Conclusions It is good for the students to learn knowledge to prevent AIDS by social education, especially by TV and radio broadcasting during summer and winter vacations. If further propagation is carried out, the level of knowledge will increase rapidly.
