摘要
我国高龄妇女群体对辅助生殖技术的需求极大。随着年龄增长,女性生殖功能衰退,对高龄妇女应用辅助生殖技术时亟需相应的调整。目前对高龄女性生殖功能的研究在生殖医学学术界仍为焦点话题之一,众多科研工作者的成果不断为我们揭示高龄女性生殖系统的变化机制及临床应对措施。本文通过对现有成果的摘要介绍,简述高龄妇女卵母细胞发育时的特点,且通过调整扳机(trigger)及取卵时机,临床医生有望在高龄妇女的辅助生殖周期中帮助患者获得更佳结局。
Artificial reproductive technology is widely demanded among the advanced-age women in China.It＇s well known that female reproductive system suffers deficiency along with age,thus the ART needs to be adjusted for women in their late reproductive age.Studies on aging of female reproductive system are still under spot light,and the research results are exploring the aging mechanism and treatment strategy.The purpose of this review is to summarize these studies,brief characteristics of oocytes development in aged women,and achieve better result in ART cycles by adjusting the time of trigger and oocyte retrieval.
