摘要
血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平作为评估卵巢储备能力、预测卵巢反应性的有效指标,近年来已成为人类辅助生殖技术(ART)中的研究热点之一。垂体降调节是控制性促排卵(COH)过程中的重要步骤。本文将对垂体降调节是否会对血清AMH水平产生影响、及其临床意义和机制作一综述。
Anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)has been recently proposed as a marker for ovarian aging and ovarian response to controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH).In recent years,it has become one of the hotspots of the human assisted reproductive technology(ART).Pituitary down-regulation is an important step in the process of COH.This paper discusses whether pituitary down-regulation affects serum AMH level and its clinical significance and mechanism.
