Anti-Müllerian hormone（AMH）has been recently proposed as a marker for ovarian aging and ovarian response to controlled ovarian hyperstimulation（COH）.In recent years,it has become one of the hotspots of the human assisted reproductive technology（ART）.Pituitary down-regulation is an important step in the process of COH.This paper discusses whether pituitary down-regulation affects serum AMH level and its clinical significance and mechanism.
