摘要
本文通过对抗松材线虫病马尾松无性系子代苗的生长性状和抗病性的测定发现,在幼苗期抗性马尾松和普通马尾松的抗性差异极显著,苗高、地径等生长性状的差异不显著,且苗高、地径等生长性状与抗性强弱没有明显的相关性。子代苗用于造林后,苗高、地径等生长性状开始出现显著的差异性,但其在自然环境下的抗病信息还有待于进一步调查研究。
In this paper progeny testing was made on growth characters and disease resistance of the pinewood nematodiasis-resistant clones of Pinus massoniana.The results showed that there were highly significant differences in disease resistance and no significant differences in growth characters including the seedling height and basal diameter between the pinewood nematodiasis-resistant clones and common ones in the seedling stage;There was no significant correlation between growth characters including the seedling height and basal diameter and disease resistance.After afforestation with progeny seedlings,significant differences occurred in growth characters including the seedling height and basal diameter,but their disease resistance performance in natural environment needs to be surveyed and studied further.
