摘要
本文根据安庆市2011-2015年森林火灾发生的统计数据,研究分析了火灾发生成因及其规律,总结出强化行政首长森林防火责任制;加强舆论宣传,动员广大群众参与;明确防火纪律,严格奖惩分明;实施疏诸结合,严格控制火源;加强防火队伍建设五大策略,以提高预防效果.
In this paper,according to the forest-fire occurrence data between 2011 and 2015 in Anqing City,fire causes and regularities were studied and analyzed and five strategies were summarized to improve fire prevention effects including strengthening the chief executive responsibility system for forest-fire prevention,enhancing media and publicity work and mobilizing broad masses for participation,clearly establishing fire prevention disciplines and strictly giving rewards and punishments,tightly controlling fire sources with flexible and effective measures and strengthening fire prevention brigades.
