摘要
针对壁流式柴油机微粒捕集器再生工作过程,使用GT-Suite软件建立DPF一维再生模型.分析DPF再生过程中灰分的生成机理,以及初始灰分层在DPF进口通道的沉积位置和沉积形状对再生性能的影响.结果表明,灰分沉积在进口通道堵头处会减小DPF有效过滤长度,增大再生过程的温度,减小再生过程的压降.初始灰分沉积量越高,灰分在进口通道上的沉积形状对再生最高温度的影响越大;厚度沿DPF轴向线性减小的灰分沉积形状,对再生期间的压降影响最大.
A one-dimensional regeneration model of diesel particulate filter(DPF)simulating the regeneration process by wall-f1 ow filter is established based on the GT-Suite software.Simulation is conducted to investigate the ash generation and the influence of initial ash location and shape in the process of DPF regeneration.The results show that the ash depositing in the plug of inlet channel can reduce the effective length of filter,increase the temperature and reduce the exhaust back pressure in the process of regeneration.When the initial amount of ash deposition is higher,the ash deposition shape on the inlet channel has a greater effect on the highest temperature of regeneration.The ash deposition,whose thickness decreases linearly with the axial line,has the maximum effect to the pressure drop in the process of regeneration.
