摘要
水利工程中大坝多采用分坝段施工方式,毛滩河三层岩大坝采用分块、碾压、填筑方式施工,在不同坝段接缝处采用灌浆处理,其灌浆方式及施工质量影响坝体的整体性和坝体荷载的传递方式,因此在施工和运行期间需对接缝进行监测。为有效掌握各坝段接缝处质量,控制接缝相对位移,采用振弦式测缝计进行施工期间的接缝位移安全监测。根据测缝计工作的基本原理,提出了毛滩河三层岩大坝坝段接缝位移监测布设方案。依据布设方案进行测缝计的安装埋设,并在施工期间进行数据采集。对监测资料统计分析表明,各坝段接缝处开合度在要求范围内,坝体整体结合度良好。此次该测缝计在实际工程中的成功使用为其在相似工程中的应用提供参考依据。
The sub-dam construction method is usually used to the dam constructionin the water conservancy project. The method is applied to the Maotanhe river dam construction. The grouting process is used to deal with the joint, so the way of grouting process and the quality of construction have a great influence to the dam. And it is needed to focus on the joints during construction and operation. To effectively grasp the quality of each dam seams, control the relative displacement of joints, the vibrating wire crack meteris used as the safety monitoring of joint displacement during construction. According to the basic working principle of the crack meter, a joint displacement monitoring layout scheme of Maotanhe river dam section is proposed. Based on layout program,some crack metersare installed and buried, and are used to collect the data during the construction period. Statistical analysis of monitoring data shows that the opening degree at the joints of each dam section is within a required range, and the dam totally has a good combination. The use of crack meter can provide a reference for the relevant engineering applications.
