大麦主茎穗与分蘖穗出穗差异及其对穗型的影响

Differences in Heading Date Between the Main Spike and Tiller Spikes of Barley and the Resultant Effects on Barley Spike Characters

为明确大麦主茎穗与分蘖穗出穗差异及其对穗型的影响,以1个二棱大麦和1个六棱大麦品种为材料,考察大麦主茎穗和不同分蘖穗的出穗顺序及其穗部性状。结果表明:供试品种主茎和分蘖的出穗期不一致,随出穗期延迟,穗长、每穗粒数和千粒质量呈下降趋势,主茎穗与分蘖穗1和分蘖穗2之间的差异较小。因此,大麦高产栽培应控制合理的基本苗和2个左右的分蘖穗。

Aiming at determining the differences in heading date between the main spike and tiller spikes of barley and the resultant effects on barley spike characters,the current research investigated heading dates of the main spikes and different tiller spikes of a two- rowed and a six- rowed barley variety,as well as their spike characters. The two barley varieties both showed differences in heading date between main spike and tiller spikes. With the delay of heading date,spike length,kernel number per spike,and thousand- kernel weight all showed a downtrend. The differences in heading date between the main spike and the 1st and 2nd tiller spikes were relatively small. Thus,to achieve a high yield of barley,the density of basic seedlings should be controlled at an appropriate level,and the optimal number of tiller spikes per plant is around two.
