摘要
针对目前社会中广泛存在的"打车难"问题,以供求比Φ作为衡量出租车供求关系的指标,对现有的打车补贴方案在不同时空条件下进行了评价。首先建立了出租车的供求比和打车补贴方案模型,其次基于现有的两种打车软件提出了四种新的打车补贴方案,最后基于C++设计了相应的仿真软件,在此基础上,研究了在不同补贴方案下武汉市出租车资源配置优化后的供求匹配程度,对武汉市出租车在不同条件下的资源优化配置具有一定的参考意义。
Aiming at the widespread problem of “hard to call a taxi” in our society at present, the supply -demand ratio O was used as the index to measure supply and demand of taxi, and pros and cons of current subsidy schemes at temporal and spatial multi -scale were evaluated. First the taxi supply-demand ratio model and the subsidy schemes of hailing a taxi model were built. Second four new subsidy schemes were promoted based on the two existing taxi booking apps. At last, simulation software was designed based on C++ accordingly. Then on this basis, the optimized matching degree under different subsidy schemes of Wuhan taxi resource supply and demand was studied. This paper had certain reference significance for allocating Wuhan taxi resource optimally under various situations.
