针灸结合淋巴引流技术治疗偏瘫患者肩手综合征Ⅰ期疗效观察

Effective observation on treating post-stroke shoulder-hand by acupuncture plus lymphatic drainage technique

目的:观察针灸结合淋巴引流技术治疗偏瘫肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者的疗效结果。方法:选取60例偏瘫后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者,将他们随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组给予针灸结合淋巴引流技术,而对照组给予单纯针灸治疗。治疗前后采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)、上肢简化Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)评定水肿程度、上肢运动功能,统计治疗后肩手综合征Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期发生的概率。结果:治疗后,两组患者的疼痛程度、上肢运动功能、水肿情况及远期疗效与治疗前相比均有显著改善(P<0.01),且治疗组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针灸结合淋巴引流技术治疗偏瘫肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者有良好的疗效。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupuncture plus lymphatic drainage technique on post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods： 60 patients with SHS after stroke were randomized into two groups： 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture plus lymphatic drainage technique; and the control group was treated by acupuncture only. Before and after the treatment, edema, upper limb motor function, and incidence of the disease were evaluated by visual analogue scale, simpliifed Fugl-Meyer assessment. Results： Pain level, the upper limb motor function, edema and long-term effect in groups were improved signiifcantly （P〈0.01）; and the improvement in the treatment group was more signiifcant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Acupuncture plus lymphatic drainage technique showed preferable effects on patients with SHS after stroke.
