针灸联合推拿对颈椎病康复治疗的影响

An effect of acupuncture plus massage on cervical spondylosis

目的:客观分析针灸联合推拿对颈椎病康复治疗的影响,进一步研究适合颈椎病病人的临床治疗手段。方法:采取随机法选择本院2013年9月-2015年9月接收的34例颈椎病病人为实验组,选择针灸联合推拿方案;同时另外选择34例颈椎病病人为对照组,选择针灸方案,观察比较两组的治疗效果,同时对其临床效果、康复时长、对治疗工作的满意程度等临床指标进行客观比较。结果:本次研究的所有入选病人中,实验组入选病人在临床效果、康复时长、对治疗工作的满意程度等方面均表现出优势,两组对比有差距(P<0.05)。结论:就颈椎病病人而言,选择针灸联合推拿方案效果突出,不仅可以有效提升病人的临床效果,还能缩短其康复时长,在提升病人对治疗工作的满意程度方面发挥重要价值,是改善病人临床指征、提升其预后水平的关键性手段,可推广。

Objective： Clinic effcacy of acupuncture plus massage on cervical spondylosis was analyzed, to further study the clinical treatment therapy for cervical spondylosis. Methods： 34 cases in the experimental group were given acupuncture and massage; 34 cases in the control group were treated by acupuncture. The clinical indexes of effcacy, rehabilitation, satisfaction degree were compared. Results： The effcacy, rehabilitation, satisfaction degree and so on in the experimental group were better, with a difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Treating cervical spondylosis by acupuncture plus massage not only can improve clinical effcacy, but also shorten the rehabilitation time, improve satisfaction degree, clinical indications and prognostic level, can be promoted.
