摘要
目的:观察分析针灸配合身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2013年2月-2015年3月收治的42例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各21例。对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、VAS评分及血浆β-EP水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用针灸配合身痛逐瘀汤治疗的临床疗效显著,可有效改善功能障碍,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective： To observe clinical effcacy of acupuncture plus the Shentong Zhuyu decoction on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 42 cases were divided into the control group and observed group, 21 cases in each group. The control group received acupuncture; the other group took the Shentong Zhuyu decoction more. Results： The total efficiency, VAS scores and plasma levels ofβ-EP in the observed group were signiifcantly better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus the Shentong Zhuyu decoction was effective on lumbar disc herniation, by improving function disorder, and is worthy of promotion.
