中医针灸、放血拔罐治疗带状疱疹的临床效果观察

Effective observation on treating herpes zoster by acupuncture and bloodletting cupping

目的:探讨中医针灸联合放血拔罐治疗带状疱疹患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年1月-2015年1月收治的74例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各37例,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者给予中医针灸和放血拔罐治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及临床症状和体征的消失时间。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.94%,对照组临床治疗总有效率为72.73%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者皮疹水疱消失时间、神经疼痛消失时间以及结痂时间等均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸联合放血拔罐治疗带状疱疹疗效好于西药治疗,且有助于患者临床症状和体征的改善,值得临床应用。

Objective： To investigate effcacy of acupuncture plus bloodletting cupping on herpes zoster. Methods： 74 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 37 cases in each. The control group was treated in conventional western medicine; the observation group was treated by acupuncture and bloodletting cupping. The effcacy and the symptomatic disappearance time in groups were compared. Results： The total effciency was 93.94% in the observation group, and 72.73% in the control group, with a signiifcance difference （P〈0.05）. The times of blisters disappeared, nerve pain disappeared and scab in the observation group were better, with a statistically signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus bloodletting cupping is effective on herpes zoster, can improve symptoms and physical signs, is worthy of application.
