崩漏是常见的一种月经病,其病机多为冲任损伤,不能制约经血。瘀血是主要的致病因素,而瘀血的形成主要包括血热和阴虚两个方面,临床上多从瘀入手,辨证论治,采用阶段治疗,出血期注重活血化瘀塞流,止血后注重调肝养阴复旧。

Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is a common emmeniopathy disease, the pathogenesis are Chongren impairement, and the menstrual blood isn’t restricted. The main factor is Yuxue, which is caused by Xuere and Yinxu. From the perspective of Yu, syndrome differentiation and different-stage treatment are always adopted in clinic. Huoxue Huayu and Sailiu in bleeding period and Tiaogan Yangyin and Fujiu in non-bleeding period should be paid more attention.
