益气养阴类中药配合西药治疗糖尿病的临床效果分析

An effective analysis of treating diabetes with the Yiqi Yangyin prescription plus western medicine

目的:分析益气养阴类中药配合西药治疗糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取2014年7月-2015年7月期间我院收治的糖尿病患者62例,分为两组,31例作为对照组,单纯采用西药治疗;另外31例为实验组,采用益气养阴类中药配合西药治疗,分析两组的临床效果。结果:实验组的FBG、2h PBG水平下降程度以及临床总有效率均优于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴类中药配合西药治疗糖尿病的临床效果较为确切,值得推广。

Objective： Clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Yangyin prescription on diabetes was analyzed. Methods： 62 cases in our hospital were selected and randomized into two groups. 31 cases in the control group took western medicine merely; and 31 cases in the experimental group received western medicine plus the Yiqi Yangyin prescription. Results： Decline levels of FBG and 2hPBG, and the total effciency in the experimental group were better, with a statistically signiifcant difference between groups. Conclusion： The Yiqi Yangyin prescription plus western medicine on diabetes showed exact effects, and was worthy of promotion.
