中医综合治疗胫腓骨远端严重粉碎性骨折37例疗效观察

Efficacy of the TCM combining therapy on 37 cases of serious comminuted fracture in the distal tibia and fibula

目的:对中医综合治疗胫腓骨远端严重粉碎性骨折的疗效进行分析探讨。方法:将我院2014年4月-2015年4月收治的74例胫腓骨远端严重粉碎性骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组37例患者采用微创经皮前外侧钢板内固定治疗,观察组37例患者在对照组手术治疗的基础上加用中医综合治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者的踝关节功能评分均得到明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组的78.38%(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胫腓骨远端严重粉碎性骨折可有效提高治疗效果,促进患者踝关节功能的恢复,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To investigate effcacy of the TCM combining therapy on serious comminuted fracture in the distal tibia and ifbula. Methods： From April 2014 to April 2015, 74 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 37 cases for each. The control group was given steel plate internal ifxation; and the observation group was treated by the TCM combining therapy more. Effcacy in two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, ankle function score in two groups were improved, and in the observation group was better （P〈0.05）. The total effcacy was 94.59% in the observation group, higher than 78.38% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The TCM combining therapy on serious comminuted fracture in the distal tibia and ifbula could improve effect, promote recovery of ankle function, and is worthy of promotion.
