中药保留灌肠在小儿难治性肾病综合征治疗中的应用

Application of retention enema with TCM medicine in treating nephritic syndrome in infants

目的:观察分析中药保留灌肠治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法:从我院2013年10月-2015年10月收治的小儿难治性肾病综合征患儿中随机选取100例,依照临床治疗方案将其分成两组,其中对照组患儿实施常规西药治疗,观察组患儿实施中药保留灌肠治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:和对照组相比,观察组患儿的的临床治疗总有效率显著偏高,差异对比,P<0.05;治疗后观察组患儿的24h尿蛋白定量、总胆固醇数量以及血清白蛋白数量改善效果显著优于对照组,差异对比,P<0.05。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征临床效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe clinical effcacy of retention enema with TCM medicine on nephritic syndrome in infants. Methods：100 cases were divided into two groups. The control group took conventional western medicine; the observed group took retention enema with TCM medicine. Results： In the observed group, the total effciency was higher, and 24h-TP, total cholesterol number and number serum albumin were better,P〈0.05. Conclusion： Retention enema with TCM medicine was effective on nephritic syndrome in infants, and is worthy of promotion.
