中医体质辨识结合耳穴治疗小儿多发性抽动症临床疗效观察

Effective observation on treating pediatric multiple tic disorder by TCM physical identification plus uricular pressure

目的:观察在中医体质辨识的指导下结合耳穴治疗小儿多发抽动症的临床疗效。方法:选取就诊的小儿多发抽动症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组口服氟哌啶醇片;治疗组在此基础上依据体质辨识结果选取穴位行贴耳穴治疗。治疗3个月观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组总有效率为76.2%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:中医体质辨识结合耳穴治疗小儿多发性抽动症临床疗效好,值得推广。

Objective： Clinical effcacy of uricular pressure based on TCM physical identiifcation on pediatric multiple tic disorder was observed. Methods： Pediatric patients were selected and randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The control group received oral haloperidol tablets. The treatment group took uricular pressure based on TCM physical identiifcation more. Results： The total effciency in the treatment group was 92.1%, and in the control group was 76.2%, with a statistically signiifcant difference. Conclusion： Uricular pressure plus TCM physical identiifcation was effective on pediatric multiple tic disorder, and worthy of extensive application.
