Experience of President Dong Rui for treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

董瑞认为特发性肺纤维化属于中医"肺痿"范畴。他创立了"虚、痰、瘀、毒"是造成肺痿的四大致病因素的学说,提出了益气养阴、祛瘀通络的治疗原则,并应用养阴益肺通络方加减治疗肺纤维化,取得了明显的效果。

President Dong Rui believes that the idiopathic pulmonary ifbrosis disease belong to TCM Feiwei, and Xu, Tan, Yu, Du were the pathogenic factors of Feiwei. For the reason, the therapy of Yiqi Yangyin, Quyu Tongluo was proposed. And we found that the Yangyin Yifei Tongluo decoction was effective on idiopathic pulmonary ifbrosis.
