中西医结合治疗老年糖尿病患者合并高血压89例临床效果观察

Effective observation on treating 89 elderly diabetic patients with hypertension in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月-2015年9月在我院住院治疗的178例老年糖尿病合并高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机均分为观察组和对比组,分别给予中西医结合治疗法和单纯西医治疗法,对比观察其总有效率。结果:观察组老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的总有效率为92%。明显高于对比组患者的81%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压疾病能取得不错的疗效,值得临床推广和深入研究。

Objective： Clinical effects of the integrative medicine on elderly diabetic patients with hypertension were researched. Methods： 178 cases in our hospital were selected and randomized into the observation group and the control group. Two groups received the integrative medicine and the western medicine respectively. Results： The total effciency in the observed group was 92%, obviously higher than 81% in the control group, with a statistically signiifcant difference. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on elderly diabetic patients with hypertension showed obvious effects, and was worthy of promotion and further research.
