金黄散联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗114例急性扭伤的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 114 cases of acute injury with Jinhuang San plus diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets

目的:观察金黄散联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗急性扭伤的临床疗效。方法:将114例急性扭伤患者随机分为两组。对照组单用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗;观察组使用金黄散联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,每组57例,治疗周期为8d。观察两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)和肌肉紧张度、关节活动度的改善情况。结果:观察组治疗后4d的VAS评分为(3.1±0.9),8d的VAS评分为(1.5±0.9),均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:金黄散联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗急性扭伤的效果显著。

Objective： To observe clinical effcacy of Jinhuang San plus diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets on acute injury. Methods： 114 patients were divided into two groups, 57 cases for each. The control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets simply; and the observation group was given Jinhuang San more, 8 days as a course. After treatment, VAS, muscle tone and range of motion in two groups were observed. Results： In 4 days and 8 days, VAS scores were （3.1±0.9） and （1.5±0.9） in the observation group, lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jinhuang San plus diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets on acute injury shows a signiifcant effect.
