颅内动脉瘤的急诊手术临床治疗效果分析

An effective analysis of treating intracranial aneurysm by emergency operation

目的:探讨颅内动脉瘤经急诊手术的临床治疗效果。方法:以2014年1月-2015年1月本院收治的60例颅内动脉瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者进行急诊手术治疗。分析60例患者的临床治疗效果。结果:手术后,所有患者经血管造影复查,均显示获得理想瘤蒂夹闭效果,且动脉瘤基本消失;临床治疗效果显示为50例恢复良好,5例轻残,4例重残,1例死亡;术后有4例出现并发症,包括2例脑积水,2例短暂性脑缺血,经临床对症治疗后均痊愈,并发症发生率为6.7%。结论:急诊手术治疗颅脑动脉瘤有着较好的临床效果,能有效预防再次破裂出血,还能彻底清除颅内血肿及蛛网膜下腔出血,提升患者生活质量,改善预后,值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate efficacy of emergency operation on intracranial aneurysm. Methods： From January 2014 to January 2015, 60 patients in our hospital were given emergency operation, and efficacy was analyzed. Results： After treatment, all patients were tested by angiogram, and aneurism were disappeared nearly. 50 cases were cured; 5 cases were mildly disabled; 4 cases were severe disabled; 1 case was died. 4 cases were suffered from postoperative complications, including 2 cases of hydrocephalus, 2 cases of transient cerebral ischemia. They were cured after clinical symptomatic treatment; the complication rate was 6.7%. Conclusion： Emergency operation on intracranial aneurysm shows a good effect, can effectively prevent from bleeding again, eliminate intracranial hematoma and subarachnoid hemorrhage fully, improve quality of life, with better prognosis, and is worthy of promotion.
