持续性高眼压状态下原发性闭角型青光眼的护理体会

An analysis of nursing primary angle closure glaucoma with persistent high intraocular pressure

目的:研究并分析护理干预对持续性高眼压状态下原发性闭角型青光眼的疗效影响。方法:我院2013年6月-2015年6月共收治持续性高眼压状态下原发性闭角型青光眼患者104例,随机分组,对照组的52例患者进行常规护理,观察组的52例患者在常规护理的基础上进行系统的护理干预,对比两组患者的临床治疗总有效率与临床护理满意度。结果:对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为84.62%,临床护理满意度为86.54%,与观察组患者的94.23%和98.08%相比,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对于持续性高压眼状态下原发性闭角型青光眼患者而言,在常规护理的基础上进行系统的护理干预有助于保证患者临床疗效,且对于提高临床护理满意度也具有积极意义,值得推广。

Objective： To study and analyze efficacy of nursing intervention on primary angle closure glaucoma with persistent high intraocular pressure. Methods： 104 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases in each. The control group was given routine care;the observation group received systematic nursing intervention. The total effciency and satisfaction in groups were compared. Results： The total effciency was 84.62%; the clinical nursing satisfaction was 86.54% in the control group, and 94.23%, 98.08% respectively in the observation group, with a signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Routine care plus systematic nursing intervention can ensure the clinical effcacy on primary angle closure glaucoma with persistent high intraocular pressure, and improve clinical nursing satisfaction, is worth promoting.
