膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗进展

骨性关节炎是一种以关节软骨变性破坏及骨质增生等病理变化为特征的慢性骨关节疾病。由于目前人类寿命的延长,本病的发病率也明显增高。临床上对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗方法有很多,现从保守治疗及手术治疗两个方面综述近几年膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗进展。

Osteoarthritis is a kind of chronic joint disease, characterized by articular cartilage degenerative damage and bone hyperplasia and others pathological changes. Due to the extension of life expectancy at present, the incidence of the disease is also increased obviously. There are a lot of treatment methods in clinic. Now according to conservative treatment and surgical treatment, a review on knee osteoarthritis in recent years was discussed.
