摘要
在舰载搜救直升机搜救能力评估的过程中,有些指标是可以用精确的数值表示的定量指标,有些是用模糊的语言表示的定性指标,通过改进云模型方法,把评价过程中所存在的模糊性和随机性体现出来,最终得到舰载直升机搜救能力的效能评估结果。
In the process of effective evaluation for carrier-based helicopter search and rescue, some indicators are ableto be measured by exact number, some of them are likely to be measured by fuzzy language. This paper focuses on the fuzzinessand randomness of the entire evaluation process, using upgraded cloud model. Finally, the appropriate result comes out.
