摘要
为估算大型底栖动物总体资源量及空间差异,在周年调查基础上,采用经验公式法对九段沙盐沼潮间带潮沟中的大型底栖动物群落次级生产力进行了研究.发现四级潮沟中大型底栖动物群落整体的生物量(13.35g·m-2·a-1)和次级生产力(12.48g·m-2·a-1)显著高于其他级别潮沟.次级生产力在潮沟级别间的差异因类群而不同:双壳类次级生产力在四级潮沟(10.29g·m-2·a-1)中最高;多毛类却相反,在四级潮沟中其次级生产力(0.64g·m-2·a-1)最低.大型底栖动物群落的次级生产力与截面面积显著正相关(F=14.94,P=0.008).结合各级别潮沟的面积,估算出九段沙岛屿整个盐沼潮间带潮沟系统中的大型底栖动物群落次级生产量为1.74×107 g·a-1.
Empirical method was used to estimate the secondary production of macrobenthos in a creek network of Jiuduansha Island. The biomass(13.35 g· m- 2 ) and secondary production(12.48 g· m -2· a -1 ) of macrobenthos was significantly higher in the 4th order creek than other order creeks. The distribution of secondary production was variable among different groups. The secondary production(10.29 g· m-2 · a -1) of bivalves was highest in the 4th order creek, however, the secondary production(0. 64 g· m -2· a -1 ) of polychaetes was lowest in 4th order creek. The secondary production of macrobenthos was positively correlated with cross-sectional area(F= 14.94, P= 0. 008). Combining the area of each order creek, we estimated the total production of macrobenthos in Jiuduansha Island creek systems was 1.74 × 10^7 g· a-1.
