脊髓损伤后脑脊液在内源性神经干细胞增殖分化中作用的实验研究进展

摘要 近年来随着神经再生研究的发展,神经干细胞(NSCs)治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)成为研究领域内的热点,给SCI的神经修复重建燃起了希望。目前,脊髓损伤神经干细胞治疗研究主要分两大类:外源性神经干细胞移植和内源性神经干细胞(ENSCs)激活。与外源性NSCs相比,ENSCs具有诸多优势。ENSCs没有外源性带来的免疫排斥、成瘤风险、道德伦理等问题,更适合于临床运用。
