Lin28/Let-7在肿瘤中的研究进展
摘要
Lin28是存在于高级真核生物的一种在结构上高度保守的RNA结合蛋白,对人体的正常发育及某些疾病状态有着重要作用[1]。在人体细胞中,Lin28对Let-7的转录有负性调节的作用,抑制Let-7成熟体的合成,上调细胞周期,促进干细胞的增殖。在人类肿瘤干细胞中,Lin28可通过选择性抑制Let-7成熟体的加工合成。
