摘要
目的:探讨经腔内三维彩超对先天性子宫畸形的诊断价值。方法:选取我院自2013年10月至2014年10月间收治的疑似先天性子宫畸形患者36例作为研究对象,观察组患者采用三维彩超对其的子宫位置、子宫的内膜、外模形态等进行检查,对照组则采用宫腔镜进行检查,对比两种诊断方法的准确率。结果:采用腔内三维彩超诊断的准确率为100%(36例),宫腔镜诊断的准确率为86.11%(31例),差异具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论 :诊断先天性子宫畸形时采用三维彩超诊断方法能够显著提升诊断的准确率,因此非常值得临床上推广使用。
