摘要
目的:本研究对胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病患者的效果进行分析,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:对本院2011年2月至2015年2月期间诊治的II型糖尿病患者120例进行研究,分析胰岛素泵的治疗效果。结果:对照组相比,胰岛素泵治疗患者的血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率及胰岛素使用量明显降低,且差异存在显著统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的白细胞介素1β、白细胞介素2和白细胞介素6蛋白水平明显低于常规治疗组,且差异存在显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素泵对糖尿病患者有良好的治疗效果。
Aim The present research aimed to explore the effect of insulin pump on type II diabetic patients. Methods 120 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from Feb 2011 to Feb 2015 were enrol ed in this part. The effects of insulin pump on type II diabetic patients were assayed. Results The time of recovering time, low glucose and mount of insulin were decreased in insulin pump group （P〈0.05）. The serum interleukins were also decreased after medication （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin pump exerts an obvious effect on type II diabetic patients.
