摘要
蚕丝作为一种重要的天然高分子材料,在生物、医学等领域有着重要的应用。随着对蚕丝研究的深入,人们发现丝蛋白具有精密、特殊的结构和规则的尺寸,利用丝蛋白的活性位点和自组装性能,可作为生物模板合成无机纳米材料。重点介绍了蚕丝作为生物模板合成无机纳米材料的进展。最后指出了蚕丝作为生物模板合成无机纳米材料存在的问题。
As an important natural polymer material, silk is importantly applied in biology and medicine fields. With deeply research on silk, it was found that silk fibroin had precise and special structure and regular size. Silk fibroin could synthesize inorganic nano materials as a biological template due to its active sites and self-assembly performance. The progress of inorganic nano materials synthesized by silk as a biological tem- plate was mainly introduced. Finally, the problems of inorganic nano materials synthesized by silk as a biological template were pointed out.
