摘要
开发了高透湿高防水军用雨衣面料,以林地迷彩牛津面料为基布,先对基布进行压光处理,然后采用高透湿性聚氨酯和各类助剂作为面胶和底胶,利用转移贴合技术,在织物上复合一层很薄的高分子亲水性聚合物Pu膜,剥离后再对其进行拨水整理,主要赋予面料防风、防水及高透湿的性能。经测试,该面料性能指标为:洗涤后的外观保持性为4.0级:静水压为14760mmH,0,20次洗涤后为5671mmH20;表面拒水性4-5级,20次洗涤后4-5级;透湿率3990g/(m2.24h);静电电荷密度2.8uc/m2;湿热空气加速老化等级4-5级。由测试结果可知,所设计的功能面料符合相关标准的技术要求,可满足客户的使用需求。
Use Woodland camouflage paint Oxford fabric as the base cloth, the calendaring is carried out on the fabric, and then compounded with a thin macromolecule hydrophilic polymer PU film by transfer laminating technology with high water vapor permeability polyurethane and various additives as surface glue and bottom glue, followed by a waterproof finish after stripping to impart the fabric with high performance of the windproof, waterproof and moisture permeability. Testing results show that the performance index of the fabric are: the smoothness appearance of fabrics after cleaning is above grade 4.0; hydrostatic pressure is 14 760mm H20 and 5 671mm H20 respectively before and after 20 times launderings ; surface water repellency level keeps 4 -5 grade before and after 20 times launderings ; water vapor permeability is 3 990g/(m2 - 24h) ;electrostatic charge density is 2.8uc/m2 ;humid air accelerated aging grade is 4-5 grade. The designed functional fabric can meet the technology requirement of the standards, and also the demand of the customers'.
