摘要
阴离子聚丙烯酰胺是一种常用的化学助剂,主要用于石油钻井开采和油田三次采油。水解度是聚丙烯酰胺最主要的化学性能检验指标,直接关系到聚丙烯酰胺使用效果。比较了GB12005.2-1989和Q/SY119-2014两个标准的差异和存在的问题,并通过滴定过程中的电导率拐点指示滴定终点有效解决了滴定终点判断不准确这一共同的难题,得出取样量和固体含量也对检测结果有一定影响。
Anion polyacrylamide is a kind of commonly used chemical assistant, which is mainly used in oil field drilling and tertiary oil recovery. The degree of hydrolysis is the most important chemical property of polyacrylamide, which is directly related to the use effect of polypropylene. The differences between GB12005.2-1989 and Q/SY119-2014 and the problems existing in them were compared.Their common problem that titration end point is not accurate is effectively solved by the inflection point of electroconductibility curve indicating the titration end point. And it is held that the sampling quantity and the solid content of polyacrylamide also have certain influence on the test results.
