摘要 某型发动机系统的综控器是全系统的核心控制部件,为测试综控器的性能是否符合要求,需要为综控器提供各种工况下的温度传感器(热电偶和热电阻)数据进行地面仿真试验。采用温度传感器开展上述工作,需要构建复杂的工作环境,同时在工作环境下的传感器信号变化难以实时调整。为此,给出了一种基于VXI总线的温度传感器模拟模块的设计方法,模块共有16路温度传感器电路,每路独立配置输出,包括12路热电偶模拟和4路热电阻模拟。模块以"VXI总线接口电路+VXI总线功能电路"的结构进行布局。模块的驱动程序在Lab Windows/CVI6.0的环境下编制。该模块已在VXI总线测试系统中得到应用,实际情况表明:模块的输出精度高、信号调整方便、响应快,满足综控器深度信号测试的要求。 An integrated control device of engine system is the core of the whole system control unit and to test whether the performance of the integrated control device meets the requirements,it is needed to provide data from temperature sensor(thermocouple and thermal resistance) under various conditions for integrated control system to carry out ground simulation tests.Using temperature sensor to carry out the work mentioned above,it needs to build complex working environment,while the sensor signal is difficult to adjust in real-time.Therefore,a design of temperature sensor simulation module based on VXI bus is presented.The module is composed of 16 temperature sensor circuits,and every single independent output has a path,including 12 thermocouple simulation and 4 way thermal resistance simulation.The module is based on " VXI bus interface circuit+VXI bus functional circuit " stucture layout.Module driver procedure was formulated in Windows/CVI6.0.The module has been applied in the VXI bus test system.The actual situation shows that the module’s output accuracy is high,the signal adjustment is convenient,and the response is fast,and it meets the requirements of the depth signal test of the controller.
