含载流梁传感器元件的共振特性研究

摘要 为研究电磁场和温度场耦合作用下的含载流梁传感器件的非线性热磁弹性动力学行为,在弹性梁与磁弹性力学理论的基础上,应用动力学方法建立了系统耦合振动方程。应用非线性振动分析方法,针对非线性强弱求得了系统受Lorentz力和热力共同作用的1/3次亚谐共振情况的一次近似解以及对应的定常解,对其进行了数值计算,当电磁场、温度场、电流、调谐值等参数控制在合理范围内,可以有效抑制共振的发生。在研制电磁元器件时,将这些参数控制在合理范围内,可以保证元器件的工作安全可靠,抑制共振的发生;若电磁元器件做为关键零部件制作传感器时,参数选取合理,会增加传感器的灵敏度及可靠性。 Based on the theory of elastic beam and the magnetic elasticity,the nonlinear thermo magneto elastic coupled vibration equation of the beam in thermal-magneto-elasticity field was established by using the dynamic method.The application of nonlinear analysis method for nonlinear vibration intensity obtained 1/3 subharmonic resonance system Lorentz force and thermal interaction of the first order approximate solutions and corresponding stationary solutions,the numerical calculation is carried out,when the electromagnetic field and temperature field,current,tuning parameters control are in the reasonable scope,it can make the effective suppress resonance.In the development of electromagnetic components,these parameters can be controlled within a reasonable range ensuring the safety and reliability of components,and inhibit the occurrence of resonance.If the electromagnetic components are as the key parts of the production of sensors,such as the selection of reasonable parameters,the sensitivity and reliability of the sensor were increased.
