摘要 为了实时监测单体液压支柱承受的压力值,确保煤矿业安全生产,设计了基于nRF905模块的单体液压支柱压力监测系统。系统以MSP430单片机为核心,电阻应变片检测支柱应变产生mV级电压输出,经AD623A放大器放大,电压信号经MSP430的模数转换后通过nRF905模块发送到地面的控制室,将模数转换后的信号与临界值比较后判断是否报警。实现了支柱承受的压力值的现场实时显示和远端监测的目标。对整个系统的硬件以及软件设计进行了介绍,最后通过实验验证了测量系统的精确性和nRF905无线传输的可靠性。 In order to detect the pressure of the single hydraulic prop in real-time and ensure the safety of coalmine production,a hydraulic prop detection system was developed.Based on MCU MSP430,millvolt level voltage signal produced by detecting the strain through strain gauge was sent to AD623 A for signal amplification.Then,the amplified signal was conversed to digital signal and sent to the ground control room through n RF905 module.After compared with the critical value,system will decide to alarm or not.This system realized the detection and display of signal in real-time and the remote monitoring.In the paper,the design of the system in hardware and software was introduced.Furthermore,an experiment was conducted to ensure the accuracy of the test system and the reliability of the wireless transmission based on n RF905.
