摘要
为实现速溶茶粉生产作业自动化,设计了一套基于S7-300 PLC和Win CC监控平台的过程控制系统。为方便操作人员对数据的记录管理,通过在上位机中建立专用数据库,实现数据的归档处理和自定义生产报表的导出;针对复杂工艺参数的组态问题,通过编写脚本,开发出配方新建和配方修改功能模块,实现参数的灵活组态。应用表明:系统运行效果良好,能够提高速溶茶粉的品质和生产效率。
In order to realize the automatical monitoring and operation production of instant tea powder,an instant tea powder production process control system based on S7-300 PLC and windows control center（WinCC） was designed in this paper.To facilitate the operation of the data record,special database in the host computer was established to realize the data archiving and personalized production report.For the problem of complex process parameters configuration,through writing the script,the function of building and modifying formulation were developed,realizing the automatic parameter configuration.Production results show that the system runs well and can improve the quality and the production efficiency of instant tea powder.
