摘要 针对现有液压张紧控制系统多采用继电器控制系统,压力控制精度差、稳定性差,且易产生振荡的问题,设计了一种液压张紧装置的伺服控制系统。主要采用电液伺服阀和拉力传感器形成闭环伺服控制系统,实时、连续、准确控制张紧力的输出,再配合速度传感器有效处理滑带工况;设计了控制系统,包括PLC选型,I/O口分配,硬件接线图以及PLC程序;采用模糊PID控制方法控制并对模糊PID控制器进行了仿真。结果证明:该控制系统超调量小、响应快、振荡小、控制精度高、稳定性好,满足输送机工作要求。 The existing hydraulic tension control system adopts the pressure relay to control the pressure.The system has poor accuracy,poor stability and the system is easy to produce shock.According to this problem,a servo control system of hydraulic tensioning device was designed.The electro-hydraulic servo valve and tensile sensor was mainly used to form closed-loop servo control system,which can control tensioning force output in real-time,continuously and accurately.Combined with speed sensor,it can effectively deal with the working condition of sliding zone.The control system,including PLC selection,I/O port allocation,hardware wiring diagram and PLC program was designed using fuzzy PID control method,and the fuzzy PID controller of the system was simulated.Its result showed that the results show that the control system has small overshoot,fast response,small oscillation,high control precision,good stability,and meets the requirements of the conveyor.
