射频消融在快速心律失常治疗中的应用价值

The application value of radiofrequency ablation for rapid arrhythmia

目的研究射频消融在快速心律失常治疗中的应用价值。方法以2013年10月至2015年10月期间在我院进行射频消融治疗的142例快速心率失常患者为例,分析射频消融在不同类型的快速心律失常当中的治疗效果。同时对患者手术的成功率、复发率和并发症的情况进行跟踪分析。结果在142例患者的研究数据当中,有1例患者出现复发,并在第2次射频消融以后治愈。患者的治愈率为97.89%,复发率为2.11%。结论射频消融在治疗快速心律失常方面具有安全性高且成功率高的特点,术后的并发症发生率低。说明射频消融在治疗快速心律失常方面的重要医学价值,值得在临床广泛推广。

Objective To study the value of radiofrequency ablation for rapid arrhythmia.Methods 142 patients with rapid arrhythmia treated by radiofrequency ablation from October 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital,the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation for different kinds of arrhythmia were analyzed.At the same time,the success rate of surgery,the recurrence rate and complications were analyzed.Results In 142 patients,there was 1relapsed case cured after retreatment with radiofrequency ablation.The curative rate was 97.89%,the recurrence rate was2.11%.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation has the characteristics of high safety and success,low incidence rate of postoperative complications in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia.That radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia has important medical value and is worthy of widely spread in clinical practice.
