锁定钢板内固定辅助骨水泥强化治疗老年肱骨近端骨折

Locking plate internal fixation and cement intensive cure to treat the proximal humerus fracture in aged patients

目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板同时辅助骨水泥强化固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法对我院2012—2014年11月住院的31例老年肱骨近端骨折患者采用肱骨近端锁定钢板同时注入骨水泥强化固定治疗。结果术后平均随访时间12个月,骨折均愈合,无肱骨头缺血坏死,无内固定物松动。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板和骨水泥强化固定对于治疗老年肱骨近端骨折确实性,减少并发症的发生有着重要作用,两者结合治疗老年肱骨近端骨折疗效满意。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of cement and locking plate internal fixation to treat the proximal humerus fracture in the aged patients.Methods Analysis was made on 31 patients in our department from 2012 to November 2014,patients all used the locking plate internal fixation and give cement to intensify the fixation.Results With an average follow-up time of 12 months,all fractures healed without humeral head necrosis,no looseness in the fixation system.Conclusion LPHP and cement is an effective treatment method for proximal humerus fracture,can better restain the stability of proximal humerus fracture and reduce the occurrence of complication.
