摘要 目前已有的常温磷化液配制复杂,磷化膜的耐蚀性较中高温体系的差,且功能单一,应用受到限制。研制了一种高耐蚀性常温锌系磷化液,考察了表面调整、磷化工艺参数、后处理等对Q235钢表面磷化膜性能的影响,并确定了最佳配方及工艺参数:50~60 g/L磷酸二氢锌,60~80 g/L硝酸锌,1~2 g/L氯酸钠,1~2 g/L酒石酸,1~2g/L辅助促进剂,OP-10适量;pH值2.5,温度20~40℃,时间5 min。结果表明:该磷化液具有配制简单、成本低廉、沉渣少、膜均匀致密、耐蚀性强等特点,并且磷化液成分及工艺参数可不做调整直接应用于Nd Fe B永磁材料的磷化处理。 A phosphating solution with high corrosion resistance al room temperature was manufactured,and the effect of factors on the preparation such as surface prelreatment,process parameters and post-treatment on the performance of phosphate coating on Q235 sleet was investigated.The optimal formulation and process parameters were determined:50~60 g/L zinc dihydrogen phosphate,60 ~80 g/L nickelous nitrate,1 ~2g/L sodium chlorate,1~2 g/L tartaric acid,l^2 g/L secondary accelerator,appropriate amount OP-10,pH=2.5,20~40℃,5min.Results showed that the phosphating solution had such characteristics as easy-preparation,low coat,less sediment and high corrosion resistance,and the composition of phosphatizing liquid and process parameters could be applied directly without any modification to the phosphating of NdFeB permanent magnet materials.
