摘要
为了改善油管的抗粘扣性能,以纳米铜和纳米聚四氟乙烯为主要润滑剂,环氧树脂为粘接剂,聚酰胺树脂为固化剂制备复合纳米抗粘扣涂层。采用摩擦试验机研究涂层的摩擦性能,利用电子万能试验机检测涂层的抗黏着磨损性能,将涂层涂覆于磷化接箍表面进行N80外加厚圆螺纹油管全尺寸现场上卸扣试验。结果表明:复合纳米抗黏扣涂层可显著降低试样表面摩擦系数,提高抗黏着磨损性能,油管的上扣扭矩降低了约38.3%,提高了油管的抗粘扣性能。
In order to improve the anti-galling performance of tubing,nano-composite anti-galling coating was prepared by mixing the nano-copper suspension and PTFE nanoparticles as the basic lubricants,with some epoxy resin as binder and polyamide resin as curing agent.The friction behavior of the coating was measured by a friction testing machine.The adhesive wear resistance of the solid lubricating film was tested by an electronic universal testing machine.The field make-and-break tests were carried out on N80 external upset tubing round thread with nano-composite anti-galling coating.Results showed that the nano-composite anti-galling coating significantly reduced the friction coefficient and improved the adhesive wear resistance on the surface of the specimen.Besides,the make-up torque was reduced by about 38.3%,and consequently,the galling resistance was greatly improved.
