摘要
机械化学法合成的复合材料具有许多优异性能。为此,采用机械化学法合成聚苯胺和蒙脱石纳米复合材料(PANI/MMT),采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了纳米复合材料的层间情况,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和紫外可见光谱(UV-VIS)分析纳米复合材料的组成,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对纳米复合材料的微观结构进行表征,采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱技术分析了以其与环氧树脂E571制备的纳米复合材料的防腐蚀性能。结果表明:机械化学法可以成功制备PANI/MMT纳米复合材料;聚苯胺成功插入到了蒙脱石的层间,采用机械化学法制备的PANI/MMT纳米复合材料对Q235碳钢具有优异的防腐蚀作用。
Polyaniline/montmorillonite(PANI/MMT) nanocomposite was prepared using mechanochemical grinding method.The intercalation spacing in the nanocomposites was investigated by X ray diffraction method,and the composition of the nanocomposites was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR)and ultraviolet and visible spectrum(UV-VTS),and the microslructure was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Besides,the polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy technology were used to analyze the anti-corrosion performance of the resulting nanocomposites prepared with epoxy resin E571.Results showed that PANI/MMT nanocomposile was successfully prepared by mechanochemical grinding method.The polyaniline was successfully inserted into the layers of montmorillonite.In addition,the prepared PAN1/MMT nanocomposite presented the remarkable corrosion resistance ability for Q235 steel.
