基于磷矿石虚拟筛分试验的香蕉筛参数优化 被引量:3

摘要 利用DEM软件对一种香蕉筛筛面的磷矿石筛分过程进行了虚拟筛分试验。针对不同参数下磷矿石筛分的透筛率和完成时间,利用拟水平的正交试验法进行了实验设计。对试验结果进行了极差和方差分析,得到各参数水平对筛分效果的影响规律和显著性主次顺序,分别确定了透筛率最高和完成时间最短的参数组合。引入了相对作用系数的概念,基于此确定了该筛面最优筛分效果时的因素水平,即在振幅为3mm、频率为16.75Hz、筛面倾角为0-1.5°、振动方向角为30°时,具有较高的透筛率和较短的筛分完成时间。 The screening process of a kind of banana screen surface for phosphate rock was investigated with virtual screen test using DEM software. To research the effect of different parame- ters on the screening efficiency and completion time, the test were designed based on the orthogonal experiment method with quasi-level. The influence law of each factor and the significance order of the factors were obtained through the range and variance analysis. The factor-level combination for the highest screening efficiency and the shortest completion time was achieved respec- tively. The factor-level combination for the optimal screening performance was determined with the relative effect coefficient in- troduced. It is demonstrated that with amplitude of 3 mm, frequency 16.75 Hz, vibrating angle 30°and screen surface inclina- tion in the range of 0° to 1.5°, there will be higher screening efficiency and shorter completion time.
