摘要
以察尔汗盐湖产出的低品位钾光卤石为原料,测试了钾光卤石的化学组成和物相组成,采用GFR705浮选药剂,研究了浮选介质、矿浆质量分数、药剂加入量、浮选时间等工艺条件对脱除石膏杂质的影响,结果表明反浮选工艺可以将低品位钾光卤石中的石膏脱除85%以上,脱钙后光卤石中的K+品位提高了30.84%,以脱钙光卤石为原料可以制取纯度95%的氯化钾产品,该工艺具有较好的工业应用前景。
The structure and composition of the low grade carnallite mineral harvested in Chaerhan Salt Lake was rested and impacts of flotation medium, slurry content, reagent adding a- mount , flotation time and other process conditions on gypsum impurities using GFR705 flotation reagent. The results showed that 85% gypsum in low grade carnallite could be removed and grade in decalcified carnallite could increase by 30.84 % and a pu- rity of 95% potash could be produced from decalcified carnallite as raw material using reverse flotation process . The flotation process has a broad prospect in industrial application.
