摘要 将质量功能展开(QFD)应用到丝锥制造过程中,并将用户的需求展开到递阶层次的丝锥加工工序中,运用QFD构建加工质量屋;利用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定客户需求重要性排序,通过QFD确定加工质量特性和加工工序的重要度排序,从而将客户的需求最终映射到加工工序中。本文提出了通用丝锥的客户需求与刀具加工质量的定量映射分析方法。 In this paper,the quality function deployment (QFD) is applied to the manufacturing process of the tap, the user' s need is expanded to the hierarchy process of the tap, QFD is used to design and build the house of quality; the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is used to determine the order of the importance of the customer' s demands. The QFD is used to determine the order of the weight of processing quality characteristics' importance, and the order of the importance of manufacturing procedure, so the customer' s demand can be eventually mapped into the process. This paper provides a quantitative analysis method of mapping customer demand and tool processing quality on generic tool of tap.
